Obsolete boards are only available refurbished on the open market. Refurbished boards are expensive and unreliable at times. A new board, built from the old one, extends the lifespan of the machine.

We help to source parts from around the globe according to our customers' requirements. Our main focus is in semiconductor and pharmaceutical related machines. We are also able to extend our sourcing to brands that are not commonly available in Asia.

Besides providing a solution to obsolete boards, we design and assemble new projects according to your unique needs: external monitoring systems, vision checking systems, wind velocity monitoring and logging, and video camera monitoring inside machines.

02 — Sanitisation
Nihon Kigen is the distributor for 59S UVC lighting products. The products are 59S's; the supply, fitting advice and service are ours.
The lighting is a convenient route to air and space sanitisation, because you swap your existing lightings for ours without much effort. A 3-in-1 UVC light not only illuminates the room but also acts as a space sanitiser, on the same light and the same switch. It provides an automatic disinfection mode as well as a manual one.
59S is one of the leading brands in the design and making of UVC light bulbs that illuminate a space and disinfect the space and air.
The range covers E27 lightbulbs, downlights and panel lights, as well as a sanitiser bar mainly for upper-air sanitisation.
Kuuki Denki is our home brand of air sanitiser products, designed and built by our own team of engineers. The series aims at straightforward, effective air sanitising: eliminating airborne pollen and microbials, and deodorising the air. The focus is a portable air sanitiser that helps mothers protect themselves and their children from pollution, viruses and bacteria.

04 — Guide
Many still don't really understand how our light bulbs work yet. Our lightings are meant to replace the standard light bulbs at home, in the office or in the toilet — downlights, E27, panel light and so on.
Remove your current light bulb from its casing.
Plug in or screw in our light bulb onto your existing casing.
Turn on the light once for normal lighting, as per normal.
Turn on twice within 3 seconds for manual sanitising UVC mode.
Turn on three times within 3 seconds for automatic sanitiser UVC mode.

Welcome to Nihon Kigen. We started off in 2017 as an engineering parts trading hub, to fulfil customers' small volume enquiries, especially for Japanese brands of products.
At the same time, we provide solutions in obsolete PCBs. Purchasing such obsolete boards is a tedious process, as only refurbished boards are available in the open market, and refurbished boards are expensive and unreliable at times. So, in order to extend the lifespan of some legacy machines, we provide a reverse engineering service to our customers and make a new PCBA as the solution.
